Cookie policy

What cookies we set, what they do, and how to control them.

Last updated: 18 September 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device. They let the site remember things between pages, such as what is in your basket or whether you are logged in, and help us understand how the site is used. This policy explains the cookies used on payeasihome.co.uk, operated by LJV Carpets & Flooring Ltd, and how you can manage them.

The cookies we use

Necessary cookies

These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off. They keep your basket between pages, remember that you are logged in to your account, protect the checkout against fraud and record whether you have accepted cookies. They are set by our website software (WordPress and WooCommerce) and are removed when you close your browser or after a short period.

Functional cookies

These remember choices you make, such as the products you have recently viewed or a filter you applied, so the site works the way you left it. Without them some features may not work as expected.

Payment and finance cookies

When you pay by card or apply for finance, Stripe and Snap Finance Ltd may set their own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are covered by their own cookie and privacy policies.

Analytics cookies

Where we use analytics tools, they set cookies that collect anonymised information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited most and how people move between them. We use this to improve the website. These cookies do not identify you personally and are only set with your consent.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Every browser lets you block cookies from a particular site or all sites, and delete cookies already stored. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the website such as the basket and checkout will not work. The help pages of your browser explain how to change these settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
